In certain circumstances, we may share certain information regarding applicant with its corporate affiliates, unaffiliated third parties and reputable credit reporting agencies.
We do not reveal personally identifiable applicant information with corporate affiliates, affiliated third party lenders or unaffiliated third parties unless (a) such information is provided to assist applicant in a transaction, such as obtaining financing for lease, (b) applicant requests it, (c) the disclosure is required by law, or (d) we have informed you that we intend to make such a disclosure for marketing or other purposes and applicant has the opportunity to decline or "opt out" before we disclose the information. When applicant does not "opt out" or decline, we require those with access to your personal information to follow all laws and regulations regarding such information.

We are concerned with security. We have taken steps to insure that your information will be transmitted safely and securely. Be sure that application information is transmitted from the web browser using a SSL security standard. This standard allows for information to be sent to us in encrypted form so that if someone intercepts the information, it cannot be read.
